Shameen Arshad is a Visual Artist based in Islamabad, Pakistan. She holds a BFA from the National College of Arts, Lahore, and an MA in Painting (with Merit) from Wimbledon College of Arts as a Chevening Scholar.

Arshad has exhibited both nationally and internationally, including at Nunnery Gallery (London), KhaasContemporary (Islamabad), Koel Gallery, VM Art Gallery (Karachi), among others. She has held curatorial roles and contributed as a writer to publications such as Art Now Pakistan, The Missing Slate, and Youlin Magazine. Additionally, she has been part of the academia at the National College of Arts, Rawalpindi.

Additionally, Arshad was nominated for the Sovereign Asian Art Prize (2024) and is currently undertaking a residency at Articulate Studios, Lahore.
