Mohit Shelare is an artist based in India. Holds an MFA from Shiv Nadar University, Uttar Pradesh, India (2017), a BFA from Sir. J. J. School of Art, Mumbai, India (2014), and a Foundation in Art from Shivaji Chitrakala Mahavidyalaya, Amravati, India (2008). Mohit has exhibited at Ashkal Alwan, Lebanon; FICA, Delhi; Kunst(Zeug)Haus, Switzerland; CAMP studio, Bombay; and Kochi Student Biennale, Kerala. He has received grants and awards from Inlaks Foundation and Fine Art Award, India (2023); Prince Claus Seed award, Netherlands (2022); Regional Art Assembly, Australia (2021); Generator Experimenter, Kolkata (2020); IFA, Bengaluru (2021); and Five Million Incidents, India (2019).
