Akshay Bhoan is a London- and Delhi-based new media artist known for his multidisciplinary practice that engages with photography, mixed media, and interactive installation. Graduating from the Slade School of Fine Art in 2023, Bhoan’s work explores the transitory nature of knowledge, memory, and perception—constructing dialogues between past and present to trace how historical residues shape identity and visibility in contemporary life.

His work has been exhibited at institutions including La Biennale di Venezia, Croatian Pavilion (2024), Gallery Lake (2024), The Studio@620, Florida (2022), Worldling Gallery, London (2022), Poplar Union Digital Arts Festival (2020), and ICP Mana, New York (2017).
